What People Are Saying:

“We are finishing up our first hoop coop build thanks to the PDF instructions that we purchased from your website. We couldn’t be happier. We have built several coops in the past, but this is going to be the best coop ever. Your plans were absolutely the best and well laid out, organized and well articulated plans that I have yet to purchase. I have shared them on FB and with all my homesteading friends.

Loraine M.

It was WAY more cost effective than my original plan and I think it’s very aesthetically pleasing! Thanks again for putting in the extra work to share the plans!

Addie H.

These instructions are extremely well thought out and easy to follow. I chose to make some modifications for personal preference but the core design allows me to create without having to design the entire project from scratch. All the hard work is done and it is easy to follow. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Best plans for a hoop coop that I have seen. The cut sheets were great.

Patrick F.

These plans were very detailed and easy to understand, and the design worked out as promised. The wheel system worked wonderfully. We were able to build two, one 2 panel and one 3 panel over this past weekend and will definitely build more of this design next year (we had sourced all the materials prior in the week leading up).

Eggcellent instructions and videos. These are the best I have found on the internet. Clear precise cut and material list saving OH SO MUCH time. If you will follow these directions you will have built a strong, sturdy chicken tractor that will last a long time. Thank you guys for all your hard work and sharing it. Keep up the improvements and other videos. Have a blessed day.

I am pleased with the product. Although I viewed several DIY designs before settling on this one from Cotton River, Dad's full explanation of how to build made the difference. The pre-fabbing idea makes a huge difference. I have started by building the tractor wheel assemblies but plan to put wheels on all four corners and may change it to be able to pull it in all four directions. At 80, I think it will make it a lot easier to manipulate. Thanks for your design.

These are by far the best Chicken Coop plans on the market. I really love them.

Walter C.

I purchased the plans over winter so I haven't built the coop yet. I have the wood and materials ordered and getting ready to get outside and put it together. The cost will be around $325 when complete. I am making a 12' and 8' to have my adult birds in the larger pen and keep the new chicks in the smaller pen until they start laying.

Very detailed and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

Matthew I.

I haven’t started the coop build yet but I’ve went over the build plans a couple times and it looks like it’ll be a nice coop when finished! We’re excited to start as soon as winter breaks. The folks at Cotton River Farm were fast with my order. Thanks for your coop design.
